My complete humanized content workflow: From idea to published (including where AI fits)

As per the note - People always ask about my process, so here it is:

Phase 1: Research (30 min)

• Manual research, no AI here

• Note actual interesting things I find

• Write down MY reaction to what I learn
  

Phase 2: Outline (10 min)

• Structure the piece myself

• Decide on angle/hook
  

Phase 3: First Draft (20 min)

• Use AI to expand my outline

• Give it my notes and angle

• Accept that this draft will sound robotic
  

Phase 4: Humanizing (40 min)

• This is where I actually "write"

• Rewrite intros and conclusions completely

• Add personal examples

• Fix rhythm and flow

• Remove AI-isms
  

Phase 5: Polish (10 min)

• Run through humanizer tool for edge cases

• Final read-aloud

• Publish
  

Total: ~2 hours for 1500 words Without AI: 4-5 hours minimum

The AI saves time on the grunt work. The human work is what makes it readable.
