The committee, which will oversee the reconstruction of Gaza, also includes former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Members who contribute $1 billion will receive a permanent seat, while those who don't will have a three-year term.
