• Be kind. We correct info, not people.

• Animal welfare first. If something is unsafe, we’ll say so—and help you fix it.

• No illegal/unsafe advice. Don’t post instructions to break local laws or handle wildlife.

• No shaming. If you made a mistake, you’re in the right place to learn.

• Cite sources when possible. Husbandry info can be messy—links and experience both help.

When you ask for advice, include:

• Species + age/size

• Enclosure size & type

• Heat source + temps (warm side/cool side)

• UVB/lighting schedule

• Humidity range

• Diet + feeding schedule

• Any symptoms/behavior changes

• Photos of the setup (if you can)
