Tesla Removes Autosteer From All Model 3 And Model Y Trims

Tesla has removed Autosteer from all Model 3 and Model Y trims in the U.S., pushing buyers toward a $99 per month Full Self-Driving subscription. The move eliminates lane-centering from the Autopilot package, a feature now only available in the higher-end trims of Model S and Model X. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has hinted that the cost of Full Self-Driving will increase as its capabilities improve.
