DOOM: The Dark Ages | Request - UI graphic assets.

I am looking to create a Microsoft Word or PDF that is DOOM themed and was looking for as many assets as possible from the games menu and general UI, such as background textures, text boxes etc...

These assets were necessary for the file's background image, bullet point style boxes each with their own titles and alike, having these assets in PNG format or any other alternative image file would be appreciated.
