LPT Request (Meta): What features or activity I can do to make this community better?

I’m thinking of a few ideas and would love feedback from commentors, posters, and lurkers:

• Contests (like the current one) - keep them or drop them? I know seeing an advert every lpt is super annoying, so I'm stopping after today. I figured 2 days is enough

• A dedicated crosspost day where people can link to their own communities as long as they give an actual lpt

• A “dark” day for unethical but not illegal tips (clearly labeled)?

• A day for love(or lack of love), aka I will posts LPTs regarding relationships

• Any other ideas? We don't have the tools to do things like sticky posts, but I do try to think of ways to hack solutions together
