Blocklist, Community Discovery, and Community Moderation?

I'm curious to know how these three items interact now that we have user founded communities.

1) If I block a user, or a user blocks me, am I able to still see their posts and comments to a community I founded? It wouldn't be ideal to have "Comment Unavailable" or "You have blocked this person" showing instead and preventing review.

2) If I block a user, or a user blocks me, are they able to visit a community I have founded? Can they Join it? Can they post in it?

It wouldn't be ideal for a user that an individual has blocked for their own personal reasons to not be "immune" to moderation in that individual's communities. And I don't mean reprisal, that's another problem again.

I've cleared my small blocklist (about 6 entries) as part of the public opening - I can't remember why any of them were on it, and I don't hold a grudge to care why they were either.
