Android Bug When Attempting to Upload Image After Selecting Community

If you try to upload an image as a new post in the following order, the app is unresponsive. 1) New Post 2) Select Community 3) Select "Image" 4) "Upload Media" button does not work. In fact after doing this order of operations, you are unable to edit anything in the "New Post" menu, You have to X out in the top left and re-do the post.
