Suggestion: fast community moderation with AI final say.
I love the fact that you let us now create our own communities but the two community limit is quite punishing. Most people can think of more than two communities that belong here, but additionally, just because somebody thinks of a community, doesn't mean they want to run them or be stuck moderating them. I would love to have another community where we can share referral codes, but I don't want to have to moderate that and deal with that. Every app has Pearl clothes nowadays, potentially that community could get way too many submissions. Plus it would only leave me with one creation in the future.
My suggestion is to have communities that are created but do not place the person who came up with the community as the moderator. They would be essentially unmoderated and there would be a different workflow for these. They would have an easy way to mass report things that go against the rules or are completely off topic built into the GUI. Something that is either one or two clicks maximum. Like an additional button on each post or a button that follows the user down the page as they move. Nothing that requires window pop-ups or typing a long reason in or submission and all this hoopla. An instant flag feature and then if a post gets enough flags, AI we decide if it's off topic or not. So essentially the community could be created by somebody past the two community creation limit without them invoking super moderator control. If there ever was an influx of massive spam or whatnot, since the ability to mark spam would be so quick and fluid, the natural users of that community could deal with it themselves bet of relying on traditional moderators.
