Can "Off Topic" be added to the list of reportable offenses?

I noticed this in the ledger of one of the communities out there, and I noticed that this was never an option when reporting a post. If there a possibility for this to be added in the future, or is it at all possible to report posts for being "off-topic"? I'm noticing plenty of off-topic posts, including some in this very category, and there doesn't seem to be a way to report them.
