General Feedback So Far
For context, I'm on Android 16. I'm loving the site so far but found a few things I'd like to see improved soon. I know a website is coming soon and I can't wait to see that. I do hope that when that launches we get (or eventually get) keyboard shortcuts to navigate the site with. Using keyboard shortcuts was my preferred way to use old.reddit. It was nice to never have to touch my mouse and me able to select between posts or comments with keys and then use other keys to up/downvote the selected post or comment. Anyway, here's my current feedback: 1. Text formatting options when writing posts and comments (markdown support, too please). 2. Performance is sluggish when scrolling on Android 3. Dark mode 4. The ability to filter certain keywords for my home feed. Sometimes I want to avoid certain subjects but not leave the entire community. 5. Tagging post subjects? Even if this is done by AI or something, it'd be nice to be able to filter specific subjects. Like if I never want to see anything political, it'd be nice to filter that out and it seems like some kind of tagging of posts would help here. Overall, I think this is great for basically being an alpha. The app runs really well so far and things seem to be more positive here. I can't wait to see what's next.
