Why branding will help your community?
To signal effort. For me, I want you to see that has a fun purpose. Right now the icon and hero image are one of the only places to communicate intent for the vision you have.

So, I spent the past couple of hours in Photoshop and Illustrator redesigning the icon, hero image, and about copy to make it feel that way. I ummed and ahhhed on alignment to Diggs brand style, but in the end took the direction here. For those interested I'll share branding updates in as to how how that decision pans out...
