Maybe a little extreme

Happy for any pro's to weigh in and comment, it taste amazing and and very close to what I wanted the output to be.

I have 18g going into the basket, then 36g of liquid into the cup over 30sec. (25sec + 5sec Pre-infuse) so very close.
