What should the rules of our community be?

What kind of posts do Chicagoans want to see on digg? What kind of rules should guide the kind of community we want to build here? Hoping to gain some input from folks as this community starts up. This doesn't need to be the final time input is gathered on this, but maybe an initial seeding.
