Alleged Belconnen pipe bomb creator named in court | Region Canberra

Damien Paul O’Brien, 41, has been arrested and charged with the unauthorized manufacture of a prohibited dangerous substance, possessing a prohibited weapon, and theft, following the discovery of 15 pipe bombs in Belconnen. He did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody.
