Fried up some cutlets on the Blackstone for the holidays

Needed to make 8lbs of chicken cutlets for Christmas Eve and Day. Didn’t want to dirty up the kitchen and stink up the house (according to the wife) so we did it on the ‘stone. Came out great… id attach a quick video but seems like you can’t yet… 🪏 mmmmm cutlets
