Two men dead and pregnant woman hospitalised in NSW river tragedy
Two men have died and a pregnant woman has been hospitalised after a swim in the Never Never River, north of Bellingen on the NSW mid-north coast. The trio, believed to be in their 30s, were reported to be struggling in the water, prompting emergency services to be called. The pregnant woman was treated at the scene and taken to hospital in a serious condition, while the two men were pronounced dead despite the efforts of paramedics. Another man in his 30s was also transported to hospital. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
