[How Do I] make a hyperlink to a post that automatically sorts comments by new

I have a post I use as an active log on my community. The Notes for DIgglist.

I want to make a hyperlink so that the comments organize by new, not the default trending.

Are there HTTP URL Params that can help me do this?

Something like: https://digg.com/digglist/4csJ2MO/notes?sort_comments=new
