Amazon finally did it - NO ability to contact Amazon at all on their website

Contacted Amazon about a week ago for a missing refund on a return - had no problem finding the option to chat or call. Today went to go to contact Amazon, and Amazon has removed all contact options from their "Help & Contact Us" section. No chat. No phone. No option to contact
