Feature request: Number of new posts (that you haven't already seen in your feed) in the "My Communities" section since your last visit to that community.

ex. /programming (7)/digg (99+)This would be really nice for low activity communities that maybe only get a couple posts a week. Not worth checking every day and will probably be too low engagement to show up in the feed.
