Windows 10 security fix

Hey there, I'm not a big computer guy, but I am still running Windows 10 and I'm worried about that whole fiasco with not being able to get any more security updates. I stopped torrenting things a while back because I'm afraid I'm exposed to risks. For those who know, can I trust
